All Hearth & Paw orders dispatch directly from our United States fulfillment warehouses so you never wait weeks for overseas air mail.

Processing & US Transit Times

  • Order Handling: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
  • Standard US Warehouse Delivery: 3–7 business days via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL Domestic depending on the closest stocked US facility to your ZIP code.
  • Live Tracking: As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a live carrier tracking link.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders $50.00 and above: FREE Standard US Shipping (applied automatically at checkout).
  • Orders under $50.00: Flat transparent domestic rate calculated at checkout.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship to physical street addresses across the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, certain oversized items (such as multi-level cat condos) cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. Questions? Email thecapydoc@gmail.com.
